Free delivery applies to UK orders only. Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer on delivery.
Returns
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, damaged, or are not in original condition.
- Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, email support@framesluxx.co.uk and we will send you one).
- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets the conditions in our refund policy.
- Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
- Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.
- Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods

What are the delivery options within the UK?
We offer two shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery: Free, estimated delivery is 1-3 business days for orders placed before 12pm (selected items only). For other items, please allow 4-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: £4.99, estimated delivery is 1 business day for orders placed before 12pm (applicable to all items).

How do I care for my sunglasses?
To keep your sunglasses in perfect condition, clean the lenses regularly with a microfiber cloth and store them in their protective case when not in use. Avoid leaving them in hot places, like the dashboard of your car, as high temperatures can damage the frames and lenses.
